Easy difficulty is harder than it was before

Note: This bug happens on multiplayer, i am not sure if it does on singleplayer

A lot more monsters spawn in the game, you can even encounter zombies/skeletons with enchanted armor and tools. In previous versions "not as many" monsters spawned on survival and a minimum of them had armor or enchanted tools.
