[MC-273856] Attempting to use axe to remove copper oxidation with shield in offhand uses shield instead

Setup: Place an oxidized copper block and have an axe in main hand and a shield in offhand

Then, right-clicking on the copper block will cause the player to use the shield instead of removing the oxidation. The shield must be unequipped from the offhand for the axe to be used on the copper block, or the player must sneak. Not sure if this is intended but it would make more sense
