The lid of an open shulker box block has no hovering animation

The lid of a shulker box block is missing a hover animation when it is open. Instead of slowly bobbing up and down, the lid will stay completely still in the air.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a shulker entity

2. Wait for it to open
   → observe result

3. Place down a shulker box

4. Open it
   → observe result

Observed Behavior:

The lid of the shulker box block will be totally still.

Expected Result:

The lid would hover up and down similar to the entity.

May be invalid due to the hovering animation possibly being a passive breathing animation, but was reported anyways to be sure.
