If the player has one piece of armor with blast protection, the effect of the wind burst enchantment and wind charge is drastically reduced, but if the player has two or more pieces of armor with this enchantment, the player will not be boosted.

MC-268411 has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on that ticket.
