Long delays and limit of map loading compared to other items

Maps have an abnormally high delay compared to other items, on the order of 250 ms, which is enormous and prevents video from being made.
In addition, I noticed a fundamental limit in the number of maps the game can store in cache. This limit isn't related to ram or performance, because even after several hours, and the video looping, it keeps skipping certain frames at regular intervals, which makes me think that it's loading them as it goes along, in my case 1map/sec/loop, and at the end we're left with the 5th frame of every second that refuses to load. The ram doesn't exceed 33% of what I've allocated it, and the same goes for the cpu. 

And I checked, 1.21 doesn't solve these 2 problems.

Why can't I add a version other than 1.21?

Because we only accept issues that affect the latest version.

Developers will not be changing older versions of the game. All reported bugs will be fixed only in future versions.
If developers fixed bugs in every version of the game going back to Alpha, they would never have time to actually work on the game.

Why did I declare my ticket invalid, I just wanted to put all the versions where I had tested it. The bug is still present today. I tested it in 1.21.
