[MC-274074] Clouds do not render through stained glass

A bug that has been present for at least the last 5 years is still present. Stained glass makes clouds invisible and it is frustrating.

I never noticed there was a 3rd graphics option after Fancy, huh. I wonder how long I've been missing that
