When coming back through a gateway with an elytra it wont let you use fireworks to fly
What I expected to happen was...:
When i came through the gateway i was going to use the elytra and rockets to fly somewhere
What actually happened was...:
I used my elytra and my rockets didn't work making me slowly float into the void dying
happened exactly like an old bedrock bug as seen below:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fly back through a gateway with an elytra
2. Game wont let you use fireworks to fly
Cannot reproduce. Elytra appears to work normally with fireworks.
