The book on a lectern and enchanting table cannot be independently retextured

The book which is rendered on the enchanting table and on the lecturn cannot be retextured separately from one-another, meaning both will always look the same. This is not resource pack friendly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use the resource pack provided here:
   

1. Place down an enchanting table

2. Place down a lectern, put a book on it

Observed Behavior:

The texture of both books on each block are changed by using the resource pack (appearing as red).

Expected Result:

Only one book would be changed, as that's all the player intended to alter.
