A few weeks or months ago, everything was working fine, but from just yesterday every time I start a new world on version 1.19.2, it starts at night time, and even weirder it starts to drop frames by a lot to the point where I have to hard restart my PC. I'm not sure why this is happening as it was fine before. I do have mods but they don't seem to be the problem. I tried using other apps to find and fix this issue, but nothing worked. When I try sleeping, it just skips a phase of the moon and doesn't turn it to day time. I even tried commands and everything that I could to my knowledge.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We only take issues for the latest release and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crash report found in [minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/].
