[MC-274283] Sometimes when exiting a boat the player is unable to move outside of the boat's hitbox

The Bug:
In a world, when you enter a boat and go for some time, then exit, the player sometimes gets stuck within the boat's hitbox, making them unable to move.
Steps to Reproduce:

In a new world, go to a body of water (Oceans are the best)
Get a boat and place it in the water.
Ride the boat
Travel for some time
Exit the boat
Observed Results:
The player sometimes is unable to escape the boat. Reentering the boat again and then exiting temporarily solves the issue.
Expected Result:
The player should be able to move freely immediately after exiting the boat
