[MC-274300] can't clear copper bulbs with shield in off hand

Completely vanilla, no mods atall

What I expected to happen was...:
un-age the copper bulb

What actually happened was...:
activated my shield

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Axe in main hand

2. Shield in off hand
3. right click on copper bulb
