The Bug
You can click on "Saving World" GUI.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new world.
Enter the Escape Menu by pressing "esc" button.
Click "Save and Quit to Title"
Spam click the "Saving World" GUI.
❌ The border of "Saving World" GUI gets highlighted.
You can observe the issue in the attached video.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
