My Minecraft client crashes randomly on my realm and sometimes gives me freezeframes like the one tagged below. When the freezeframes appear Minecraft stutters but does not always crash, but when it does crash, it is always after one of the glitched freezeframes

I used to have a similar problem with my realm when I tried to put on Add-ons, it just used to say "Applying Packs" and just crash.
