To reproduce, locate a Trial Chamber with intersection_3, and check if the room behind the wall of copper grates has a clear entrance.
In 1.21.1, you can find a broken trial chamber in this seed 756826050 located at 2964 -37 -4768. This trial chamber has since changed in 24w33a and has entirely new generation.
Expected Results:
The room behind the grates has a clear entrance.
Observed Results:
The room behind the grates is occasionally blocked by a wall, therefore not having a clear indication a room is there.
