Removing item components in Smithing Table recipes is not possible

When trying to make a custom smithing transform recipe, I realized you can not remove the custom_model_data component.

In the files provided, there are two recipes:

stick, diamond_pickaxe, blaze_rod -> adds the custom_model_data component

stick, diamond_pickaxe, stick -> should remove the custom_model_data component
