[MC-274599] Water bucket negates fall damage by breaking with it

if you left click with your water bucket while falling sometimes you won't get fall damage even without the water being placed, I'm not entirely sure what makes this happen but for me it hasn't worked on any blocks besides grass

This appears to be MC-81470. Can you verify that this occurs if you wait long enough (a minute or two) after respawning?

after respawning and waiting for a bit it doesn't seem to work, it's probably just the seconds of invincibility. thanks for your answer!
