When over bubble columns, minecarts will shake back and fourth trying to show their new falling animation, but will do so very erratically.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a bubble column
Build rails above, but next to the water
Place a minecart on the rail
Push it into the bubble column
Expected Result:
The minecart would not appear to bob erratically, but would instead bob up and down.
Observed Behavior:
The minecart appears to shake violently back and fourth.
