The 3 screenshots show that every single time a wall dispenser spawns in a trial chamber the only bulb type it has is the unoxidized waxed copper bulbs. The template_pool json file confirms that they do not have the copper bulb degradation processor (the one that randomly takes waxed copper bulbs and turns them into the exposed, weathered or oxidized versions).
Any seed works, but for example:
Seed: 2688

Observed result:
If you look through each chamber carefully and pay special attention to the copper bulbs behind the dispensers in there, you'll see they are all unoxidized waxed copper bulbs.
Expected result:
The copper bulbs come in unoxidized, exposed, weathered or oxidized versions.
Please provide some screenshots and a more detailed description of your issue. From your current description it's hard to understand what you mean.
Additionally, please provide the following information about the world you are playing in as text. Attaching a screenshot showing them is not enough.
World Type:
"Default" if you have not chosen one when creating the world
For "Superflat": Provide the generation preset
For "Amplified" or "Large Biomes": Specify if the world is Amplified or a Large Biome world type
For "Single Biome": Specify which biome was chosen
Additional generation settings (in case you changed them): E.g. "Generate Structures", "Bonus Chest", ...
Seed: Can be obtained by using the
/seed
command and clicking on the message in chatCoordinates: Can be copied to clipboard by pressing
F3 + C
Data Packs: If you use any world generation data packs, please attach or provide a download link to the used data pack(s)
