Sprint particles can be seen if you mount a minecart (with no rail below it) while running

Sprint particles can be seen through the bottom of a minecart if the player is sprinting before they enter the cart. The minecart must not be on a rail.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a rail

2. Place a minecart

3. Break the rail

4. Start sprinting

5. While sprinting, enter the cart

Expected Result:

No sprinting particles would appear, because the player is not moving.

Observed Behavior:

Sprint particles appear under the player.
