The enchantment glint doesn't render except in player's first person

The Bug

Items cannot display their glint except in player's 1st person view

How to Reproduce

1. Obtain any enchanted item, like Enchanted Apples, Enchanted Books, etc.

2. Drop them, and inspect.

   • ✔ They can display a glint.

   • ❌ They cannot display a glint, as if they are normal items.

3. Also they cannot render glint in 3rd person view, in Item Frame or in Armor Stand's hands(if ShowArms set to 1b).
