[MC-275924] Minecart disappear after wind charge thrown near it

As I was testing out the new Minecart mechanics, I saw how the minecart disappeared in the distance when I threw a wind charge at it. But I don't know if the minecart should or shouldn't be dropped as an item when destroyed in that way in creative mode.
I couldn't replicate in survival, but in Creative mode sometimes it just works.
The only change I made was /gamerule minecartMaxSpeed 1000
