Cant strip logs or scrape oxidized copper while holding a shield in your off hand.

How to Reproduce: Put shield in off hand and try stripping a log or scraping oxidized copper it will activate the shield but not scrape/strip the block.

Expected Behavior: Should scrape/strip the block instead of activating the shield.
