Steps to reproduce:
Spawn a villager
Summon a lightning bolt over them
Wait until the converted witch starts moving
Observed result:
They move twice as fast as normal witches (you can check using the attribute command: /attribute @n[type=witch] movement_speed get.
Expected result:
They move at the same speed as normal witches.
