[MC-276482] Destoying all items, doesn't destoy them

1. Go into creative mode

2. get some items into your hotbar

3. then click the "X" in your inventory while holding shift

4. now you see your items, but you dont have them. you can try placing blocks using, using items but they will not do a thing, the only way to erase them is by dropping them which causes them to disapear
