[MC-276562] Shift Click the bin in creative doesn't remove items in the inventory

When shiftclicking the bin button in creative, normally it clears every item in the inventory. However, since this snapshot, it only removes the logic behind all items. All items are still visible in the inventory, but none are usable (blocks cant be placed, elytras are unusable, etc.)
