If "Rotate with Minecarts" is enabled, camera rotation stops when going through a portal

When traveling through a nether portal on a minecart with the 'Rotate with Minecarts' option on, rotation will stop upon dimensional transfer.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build rails that turn at the very end (L--------)

2. build a nether portal such that the rails would go into the portal at the turning end.

3.  /gamerule MinecartMaxSpeed 100

4. turn on rotate with minecarfs

5. get in a minecart on the rails, face forward, and go through the portal
