[MC-2766] Unable to Place normal stairs

I'm unable to place normal stairs as soon as i place stairs they go upside down.

Which direction are you placing them from? You can do this now you know.

If you click on the upper half or the bottom side of a block, you'll get upside down stairs. to place normal stairs click on the top side or the lower half of the block.
