Sugar cane is able to be planted and grown in a water source block
What I expected to happen was...:
sugar cane should be destroyed, or be unable to be planted underwater
What actually happened was...:
the sugar cane removes the water source when placed in water
Steps to Reproduce:
1. obtain sugar cane
2. place sugar cane on a sand block underwater
