Scroll wheel in hotbar reversal while holding sprint or sneak buttons. (shift/control)
What I expected to happen was...:
not reversal
What actually happened was...:
reversal lol
Steps to Reproduce:
1.scroll and don't stop
2. begin holding sprint button
3. watch the scroll reverse
