Throwing a splash potion towards the foot has the same effect duration as throwing it towards the head
Reproduce(In the video, I used a Potion of Regeneration for 1 minute and 30 seconds):
1.In 24w39a, throws a splash potion at feet
2.In 24w39a, throws a splash potion at head
3.Compare the time and find the same
Expected:
Potions thrown at the feet have less effect time than those thrown at the head
