The draft report icon doesn't initially disappear when a report is discarded

The Bug:

The draft report icon doesn't initially disappear when a report is discarded.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join a world and open it to LAN.

2. Have another player join and type something in chat.

3. Navigate to the social interactions menu and begin making a report for the player.

4. Click the "Back" button and then click the "Save as Draft" button.

5. Click on the "Report player" button and then the "Discard" button so that you discard the report.

6. Now click the "Cancel" button and observe if the draft report icon is still visible.

Observed Behavior:

The draft report icon doesn't initially disappear.

Expected Behavior:

The draft report icon would initially disappear.
