When the event of the last Mobvote was available in which they turned in the cape by voting from the event map in minecraft bedrook. I did and received my cape correctly in-game. And waiting for the day when it will be delivered to me in Minecraft Java. it never arrived to the present date...
I would love to receive my cape soon 😞
