a weird redstone reapeater glitch
What I expected to happen was for the repeater to get power
What actually happened was it got power but the repeater looked weird
Steps to Reproduce:
1. power up a redstone repeater facing north/south
2. put down another repeater facing east/west
3. look at the weird glitch

This is the locking / latching feature of the repeater.
