Sprinting isn't canceled upon flying with elytra

The Bug:

Sprinting isn't canceled upon flying with elytra.

MC-152728 fix all instances of this problem but flying with elytra. You cannot start sprinting while flying with elytra, but your sprint state is retained when starting to fly with elyta.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip elytra, enter survival mode, and begin sprinting.

2. Start flying with the elytra.

3. Observe if you're still sprinting while midair.

Observed Behavior:

Sprinting isn't canceled.

Expected Behavior:

Sprinting would be canceled.
