There a bedrock texture in the middle of the repeater. And the other tick was gone

This is the "latch" feature of the repeater. The signal, you'll notice if you power the locked repeater, will not go through. Furthermore, if you were to unlock the repeater, power it, lock it, and then unpower it, the signal will remain.
