Semi-transparent blocks render opaque in front of the recipe book and its buttons

Relates to MC-278360.

Semi-transparent blocks(slime block, honey block, stained glass, etc) are opaque in front of the recipe book UI and render the part blocked by them when it is behind these blocks, whereas most other GUIs don't render like it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Grab a honey block in your inventory

2. Hold it in front of the recipe book UI
