After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

This is not the case for me here, again, I use the circular command box to kill the pig, in survival mode without cheating, the chat box does not have command output, but the pig will still be killed when you put down the pig.
Therefore, I came to the conclusion that if cheating is not enabled in survival mode, the command result will not be output, but the command will still be executed.
The video is edited, but it doesn't affect the conclusion.
