Stone buttons have a longer pulse than a stone button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a powered rail than a rail than another poowered rail
2. put (full) blocks on each side and power one of the rails
3. put wood button on a block on either side
4. press it!
5. replace wood button with a stone button
6. press it again!
