Armor stands, paintings, item frames, and end crystals are in the functional blocks tab in the creative inventory despite not being blocks

This is not a valid issue. Despite being entities literally in the world, they function as blocks. Mojang was certainly aware of this, and intentionally chose to put them in the category.
