Steps to Reproduce:

2. Cast the fishing bobber and attach it to yourself.

3. Switch to third person, run around, and watch the fishing bobber closely.

Observed Behavior:

Fishing bobbers rapidly jitter.

Expected Behavior:

Fishing bobbers would not rapidly jitter.
