It should be resolved quickly. I don’t know if anyone has this bug, but I'm sure it’s definitely a bug in the code.

[…] it’s too fast to capture them on pictures, but it’s basically black textures replacing certain structures Nevertheless, I believe that “user interfaces glitching visually” and “black blocks flickering in the world” may be sufficiently distinct to warrant tracking them in separate tickets.
