Upside down horses

I was on my own server in creative and i was in creative mode with 2 others and we used spawn eggs to spawn horses in but they spawned upside down

What I expected to happen was...:
a horse to spawn standing upright

What actually happened was...:
a horse spawn upside down

Steps to Reproduce:
1. name a spawn egg fro a horse with any name
2. right click the floor
3. when it spawns it should possibly appeared upside down
