[MC-28234] You can't get 110% sensitivity only 1% more or less

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought i could get 110% sensitivity

What actually happened was...:
You can only get 109% or 111% Mouse sensitivity

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "options" menu
2. Go to Sensitivity
3. Try to get 110% sensitivity

I tried This. its quite true. you are unable to get 110 sensitivity. it just slides from 109 to 111. no 110 in the middle
