[MC-28270] Crops do not drop when farmland is changed to dirt via Jumping

I accidently jumped on my crops. and this happened.

MC-1162 When you jump on wheat crops usually the farmland become dirt, then seeds and wheat be dropped. However if you jump on potatoes and carrots crops farmland become dirt, but crops stay there. Resolved
