Game crashes when invisible piston is broken

I broke an invisible piston block and the game crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play dicotheredstoners new map and go on creative
2. Fly to the stone platform with black carpet on it
3. Go under the platform and break the invisible piston
4. Game crashes

Crash report and images have been attached
I have also attached a save file that instantaneously crashes the game (I detonated a TNT and saved the game just before it exploded)
