[MC-28458] If u Place Half Slabs (Stone Brick Slab) on top of Ice Blocks , and you walk on them, and stop walking you will slip over the HalfSlabs. Like on ice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Playe Ice under a HalfSlab (Stone Brick Slab)
2. Walk over the HalfSlabs
3. Stop Walking
4.You wil slip over the ice
