I logged on to several different servers, and every time my skin was the same. But it wasn't my skin, it was one I'd never seen before. I tried quitting the game and reopening it, to no avail. On other's screens, I looked normal. I'm the only one with my password, so it couldn't have been changed. As I said before, this happened on every server I tried, so it isn't a single server issue. I have attached a screenshot of me next to my head, which still shows the correct skin.

Are you using a Resourse pack? Wondering if your launcher isn't connecting to the skin server correctly and that skin is your resourse packs default "Steve" skin.
got to:
C:\Users(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resoursepacks
and go into your resourse pack using a zip program like winzip or 7zip then, inside the resourse pack go to:
assets\minecraft\textures\entity\
and find the steve.png and see if it looks like the skin your seeing
