Sheep Spawn in Leafs in Large Forests/Jungle Enviroments

I was walking around in Survival mode and it seemed to be that all the sheep in the jungle/forest area had spawned in the leafs and could not move unless I broke the block they were trapped in.

Simple Fixes: Make mobs spawn on top of leafs
Have mobs spawn around the jungle area
