Every Time I get On a horse to Ride it. The Game Lags Every 4 Seconds (Approximately) I Don't Know if Its My PC or if its A Bug. But Other Than That My Game Runs Fine when I'm On a Horse Riding it.

Mine does this too, I think it's because you go so fast on a horse, the computer can't generate and draw in the new terrain fast enough. I have a very small weak computer, so I get the same thing while running sometimes and while flying in creative.
