Blocks held by suffocating Endermen are discolored

Can you post a screenshot?

First screenshot is during day.
Second is during night.
Third is during night with potion of night vision. I think in that one the block appears as the normal daylight texture (maybe a little off from that texture though)

In all three screenshots, the Enderman is holding a block of sand.

as this is a glitch it isnt just the block turning dark, try animals you will see

And it isn't discolored just darkened

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
